Frequently asked Questions
1. Do you accept returns?
As every product is made to order, we currently don't accept refunds unless there is a defect in the product. We produce each order specifically to reduce the waste and keep producing sustainably. You can find more at our refund policy here.
2. I am not sure of the size?
All our product listings have sizes listed. If you are keen to get more information, you can reach out to hello@supmerch.com and we will assist you.
3. Shipping, will I be charged duty?
We try our best to ensure products are shipped within the same custom markets. EU to EU and UK to UK. Unfortunately this does not always work out. In which case the customer is responsible for any duties, fees and charges. We would love for you to let us know when this happens, so we can tweak our supply chain and so it does not happen in the future.
Can you believe that our supplier, a Unicorn of 12 yrs, still has not figured this out.
We sincerely hope you don't have to go through this.
4. When are new designs added?
We aim to add new drops every 1-2 weeks. Keeping with this we also aim to remove designs every few months to keep everything fresh!

We are a small group that is trying hard to make great merch for those working hard. We were tired of plain T-Shirts with just logos. So if you want to join us, just drop us an email and we san have a chat
6. What are the shipping charges?
We charge a modest fee for the first item and then every additional item is charged an even smaller fee. We sometimes offer free shipping to our customers as well. You can see our shipping policy here.
